Did you go to school? Do you think it prepared you for adult life? School is a great place for learning facts and it’s a great place to collect some paperwork that can ultimately get you into a traditional job… if that’s what you want. The subjects of happiness, fulfilment and success were missed off the curriculum and so, unless you want a ‘traditional career’ (no problem with that at all), school missed a pretty substantial chunk of the puzzle for those wanting to follow the path less trodden to create freedom, fulfilment and to make a difference in the world. Cue the frustrated Entrepreneur with massive energy and dreams of living their mission and changing the world…

We feel that school didn’t give us all the answers. We see that school sets you up to make a living but not to make a life. We have since learned that mindset is a key to success and that our belief system is what drives decision making, we now know that to master the outer world, we must first master our inner world.

We now know that true happiness comes from serving, living our mission and living ‘on purpose’. We believe that the world owes us nothing and, although my mum said I was special, we must grow, learn and become valuable if we are to become ‘special’ in the eyes of others. We are not entitled to anything in this world just because of the mere fact we were fortunate enough to be born.

The Faculty provides the education that school missed out. We show business owners how to succeed by giving them answers to the questions they weren’t taught to ask. We exist because we have learned how to unlock success not just with business strategy but by coaching an Entrepreneur to become the best version of themselves.

We take what we have learned and we share it with Entrepreneurs to help them fulfil their potential and, our hope is that one day, this will all be taught at school and there will no longer be a need for us.
